Refund & Return Policy – Gul Fragrance
Dear Customer,
Firstly, we apologize for not delivering the desired satisfaction. This policy and the accompanying return/exchange form are designed to handle your concerns swiftly and efficiently. Just fill out the form, and leave the rest to us.
Overview
Our return and exchange window lasts 7 days from the date of order delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must have at least 90% of its contents remaining.

It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Tester Box (Sample Box) – as it is solely for testing purposes.

Orders above Rs.10,000 – these are only eligible for exchange, not refund.

Downloadable products

Perishable goods such as food or flowers

Opened health and personal care items, and other hygiene-sensitive products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Refunds do not include delivery charges.

Sale items are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Recheck your bank account or payment method.

Contact your bank or credit card company — it may take some time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect. If this is the case, we will also bear the return shipping cost.
To request an exchange, email us at {email address} and send your item to {physical address}.
For all other exchanges:

Customers must bear the delivery cost.

Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
